Indian Restaurant Manager in Los Angeles, USA

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager from India to join our team in Los Angeles. This is a temporary position with no English language requirements. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including but not limited to managing staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, ensuring quality food and service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, and schedule staff as needed
- Supervise and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation
- Create schedules for employees to ensure adequate coverage
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance and provide feedback

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with experience working in restaurants in India
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or other Indian languages preferred but not required
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food safety regulations, and customer service standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
- Must be able to obtain necessary work permits/visas for employment in USA

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Experience:
No prior experience is required for this role; however, previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or working in the food industry is preferred.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is not required for this position, but knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or related field is preferred, but not required
