Job Title: Restaurant Manager - Los Angeles, USA



We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for our busy restaurant in Los Angeles. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high quality food and service, managing staff and budgets, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations
- Hire, train, and manage staff to ensure excellent customer service
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Manage budgets and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
