We are a growing architectural firm based in Bungoma seeking a skilled and experienced Cad Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a Malayalee with a strong proficiency in English and experience in architectural drafting. This position does not include accommodation, however, we are able to provide visa sponsorship for foreign candidates.

As our Cad Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans for various architectural projects. This includes interpreting sketches, specifications, and other design information to create accurate and detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software. You will also collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure the accuracy and quality of the drawings.

The successful candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Cad Draftsman in an architectural firm. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD is required. A degree or diploma in architecture or engineering is preferred but not required.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent communication skills. You must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines is crucial for this role.
