Our healthcare facility in Porto, Portugal is seeking an experienced Contract Nurse to join our team. As a Contract Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with day-to-day operations of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a registered nurse
- Valid nursing license in Portugal
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
