We are in need of a skilled Moderator to join our growing team in Shan City, Myanmar. As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online discussions and forums, ensuring that all content posted is appropriate and in line with our company's policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor online discussions and forums to ensure that all content posted is appropriate and follows company guidelines.
- Engage with users by responding to comments, questions, and concerns in a professional manner.
- Identify and report any inappropriate or harmful content to the appropriate department.
- Work closely with other moderators to maintain consistency in content monitoring.
- Help develop and enforce community guidelines to promote a positive online environment.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for moderating online communities.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a moderator or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, online communities, and forum management.
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations surrounding online content moderation.
- Familiarity with internet culture and slang.
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required.

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
