Online Moderator - Shan, India


We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Online Moderator to join our team in Shan, India. As an Online Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user-generated content on our online platform. Your main goal will be to ensure that all content is in line with our community guidelines and policies. This includes reviewing and approving or removing user posts, comments, and profiles.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor user-generated content on our online platform
- Review and approve or remove posts, comments, and profiles according to community guidelines
- Respond to user inquiries and reports in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive online community atmosphere
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and industry best practices for content moderation

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of social media platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience as an online moderator or similar role is preferred

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Note: This job is open to all nationalities. Fluency in English is the only language requirement.
