Driver at a Luxury Hotel in Lisbon, Portugal

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Driver to join our team at a luxury hotel in the beautiful city of Lisbon, Portugal. As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting guests to and from the hotel, as well as assisting with luggage and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional driver
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Excellent knowledge of the local area and roads
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Experience working with luxury clientele is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service at all times
- Must be able to lift heavy luggage when needed

Responsibilities:
- Transport hotel guests safely and efficiently to their desired destinations
- Assist guests with luggage and provide excellent customer service throughout their journey
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel vehicle at all times
- Keep track of vehicle maintenance schedule and report any issues or necessary repairs promptly
- Familiarize yourself with local attractions, restaurants, and other points of interest to assist guests with recommendations and directions
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the hotel vehicle
- Communicate effectively with hotel staff regarding guest transportation needs
- Provide support for other departments as needed
