DevOps Developer


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Developer to join our team in Os, Norway. The DevOps Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing and maintaining the software development infrastructure, as well as working closely with development and operations teams to ensure efficient and smooth deployment of software products. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and experience in software development, automation tools, cloud technologies, and agile methodologies. This is a part-time position without accommodation, but candidates with their own visa will be given preference. This is an urgent job opportunity with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain a robust software development infrastructure
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment of software products
- Develop automation processes for build, testing, and deployment
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure security compliance in all aspects of infrastructure
- Continuously improve processes through automation and optimization
- Implement best practices for source control management and branching strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies related to DevOps

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes
- Experience with automation tools such as Jenkins or Ansible
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with source control management (Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certification in DevOps (e.g. AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)
