Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects in Greenland. Your main duties will include managing a team of architects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving design plans, conducting site visits to ensure compliance with regulations, and providing guidance to architects on technical issues. Additionally, you will be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Greenland
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Biometric passport for international travel

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
