We are seeking an experienced Online Consultant to join our growing team in Aarhus, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our clients through various online channels. Your main goal will be to help our clients achieve their business objectives by utilizing our products and services effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients seeking assistance with our products and services
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and video conferencing
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team if needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to provide the best possible advice to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or consulting company
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this role.
