This position is open to Malayalees with or without experience, and no English language skills are required. As a Welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding tasks such as cutting, fitting, and joining metal parts using various welding techniques. Your primary objective will be to ensure the quality and integrity of all welding work while adhering to safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Calculate dimensions and requirements for welding projects
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, cutting or grinding
- Use appropriate welding techniques to join metal parts
- Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and strength
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Maintain equipment in good condition

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with valid documents
- Previous experience as a Welder preferred but not required
- Ability to use various welding techniques such as TIG, MIG, Stick etc.
- Good understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision skills
- Physical stamina to work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with safety regulations related to welding
