Insurance Claims Adjuster
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Claims Adjuster to join our team in Nairobi. As an Insurance Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating insurance claims, determining coverage, and negotiating settlements. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the insurance industry and possess strong analytical and communication skills. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available for non-Kenyan nationals.

As an Insurance Claims Adjuster, your duties will include reviewing insurance policies, gathering evidence and statements related to claims, and assessing the extent of damages or losses. You will also be responsible for communicating with policyholders, witnesses, and other parties involved in the claim process.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of insurance policies and regulations. You must also have excellent attention to detail to accurately assess claims and determine coverage. Strong negotiation skills are also essential as you will be responsible for negotiating settlements with policyholders or their representatives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Familiarity with insurance policies, regulations, and procedures
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong negotiation skills
