Junior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Clairvaux. The ideal candidate will have a background in architecture or construction, strong technical skills, and a passion for design. This is an entry-level position, so no previous experience is required. This role will involve working closely with senior architectural technologists and architects to assist with the creation of technical drawings, 3D models, and construction documents. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in site visits and project coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the creation of technical drawings, 3D models, and construction documents
- Collaborate with senior technologists and architects to develop design solutions
- Conduct site visits and assist with project coordination
- Perform research on materials, building codes, and regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Maintain organized project files
- Continuously develop technical skills and stay up-to-date on industry advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Clairvaux but remote work may be possible depending on the current situation.
