Formwork Construction Worker
We are a construction company seeking skilled Formwork Construction Workers to join our team in Ufa. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing temporary structures used to support concrete during the construction process. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret plans and blueprints to determine formwork requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials according to specifications
- Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools
- Assemble and fasten materials together using various methods such as welding, bolting, or nailing
- Erect and dismantle formwork structures, ensuring they are level and secure
- Pour concrete into formwork and remove once it has set
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role in the construction industry
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools used in construction
- Excellent teamwork skills and ability to follow instructions closely

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position.
