Contract Construction Manager



We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Ufa. As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to overseeing construction activities and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee construction activities to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budget and track expenses
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the project

- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports for review by senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
- Strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
