Skilled Concrete Worker



We are hiring a skilled concrete worker to join our team in Atlanta. As a concrete worker, you will be responsible for pouring, smoothing, and finishing surfaces of poured concrete sidewalks, curbs, and gutters. You will also be responsible for setting forms, patching and repairing damaged concrete surfaces, and operating power tools and other equipment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in concrete work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark surfaces for pouring concrete
- Prepare forms for pouring concrete using saws, hammers, drills, or other hand or power tools
- Mix, pour, spread, smooth, finish and cure concrete using trowels or other hand tools
- Patch or repair damaged surfaces using proper materials and techniques
- Operate power tools such as jackhammers, drills, etc. to break up old concrete or prepare surfaces for new concrete
- Follow safety regulations at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site
