As a Sales Manager in our company, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales team and driving revenue growth in the city of Alta, Norway. This role requires a professional with excellent communication and leadership skills, who is able to build strong relationships with clients and motivate their team to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales management and a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets in the Alta region
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Build rapport with existing clients and establish relationships with potential customers through regular communication and networking events
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for review by senior management
- Participate in client meetings and negotiations to close deals and maintain customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing department to develop promotional campaigns that align with business objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management within a fast-paced industry
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce) is an asset
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Norwegian or other languages is an advantage
