Loader Supervisor



We are looking for a skilled Loader Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our loading team in Al-Kuwait. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the loading process, ensuring that all shipments are loaded safely and efficiently. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the loading team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create and implement loading schedules to ensure timely delivery of shipments
- Inspect and maintain loading equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Train new loaders on proper loading techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient supplies for loading operations
- Communicate with warehouse staff and truck drivers to coordinate loading activities
- Conduct regular quality checks on loaded shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Maintain records of loaded shipments, including weight, destination, and other pertinent information
- Troubleshoot any issues or delays in the loading process and provide solutions as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or experience in logistics or management is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or transportation setting
- Knowledge of safe loading practices and equipment operation (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and employee development
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus
