Floral Designer


We are currently hiring a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team in Mauren. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events. Your main duties will include selecting the appropriate flowers and greenery, arranging them into visually appealing designs, and ensuring that they are delivered to clients in a timely manner. Our ideal candidate will have experience in floral design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. This is an urgent position with visa sponsorship available for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Select and purchase fresh flowers and greenery from suppliers
- Create unique floral arrangements for different occasions
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and preferences
- Ensure that all arrangements are delivered on time and in perfect condition
- Maintain inventory of supplies and manage budget effectively
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in floral design

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of flowers and their care requirements
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Creativity and artistic ability
- Physical stamina to lift heavy flower arrangements
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Mauren, Africa (Visa sponsorship available)
