A reputable construction company in Karachi is seeking an experienced roofer to join our team. As a roofer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs on residential and commercial buildings. This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month, along with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific buildings
- Remove old roofing materials and replace with new ones
- Install waterproof membranes, insulation, and other roofing components
- Repair damaged or worn out roofs
- Ensure roofs are properly aligned, leveled, and secured
- Follow safety guidelines at all times while working on roofs

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a roofer in the construction industry
- Familiarity with different types of roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Physically fit to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Own basic hand tools for roofing work
- Valid visa status in Pakistan

Preferred:
- Pakistani nationality or valid work permit in Pakistan
- Previous experience working on both residential and commercial projects
