Merchandiser - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in the most effective way possible to drive sales and increase brand awareness. Your main duties will include creating appealing product displays, monitoring inventory levels, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a creative eye for design. You must also have excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with retailers and negotiate favorable shelf space for our products.

Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching product displays to attract customers' attention
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to ensure availability of products
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Build relationships with retailers and negotiate favorable shelf space for our products
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies for new products or special events
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors' strategies, and customer preferences
- Manage product returns or exchanges as needed

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail-oriented approach
- Knowledge of merchandising techniques and best practices
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Preference will be given to African candidates who are currently residing in Qatar on their own visa. Students looking for part-time work are also encouraged to apply.
