Sales Manager - Indian candidates preferred (Jerusalem)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and meeting targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Your role will involve managing a team of sales representatives and providing them with guidance and support to ensure their success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet targets.
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of goals.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products/services.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a sales management role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with CRM software is preferred.

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with attractive commission packages based on performance. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
