Industrial Architect


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Karachi. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and requirements for industrial buildings.
- Develop design concepts and plans that meet functional, safety, and aesthetic criteria.
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using CAD software.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed according to specifications.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders involved in the project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience working as an Industrial Architect.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices related to industrial constructions.
- Proficiency in using CAD software for design and drafting purposes.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience working on industrial projects in Karachi or similar cities.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles for industrial buildings.
