Industrial Architect - Karachi, Pakistan


We are seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our dynamic team in Karachi, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. As an Industrial Architect, you should have a strong understanding of industrial processes and be able to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their specific industrial building needs
- Develop design concepts and plans that meet client requirements and adhere to building codes
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams to follow
- Oversee the construction process, ensuring compliance with design plans and quality standards
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of industrial processes and building codes/regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position.
