We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Database Administrator to join our team in Vianden. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our company's databases and ensuring their security and reliability. Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain databases according to company needs
- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing backup and recovery processes
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for maximum efficiency
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integration of applications with databases
- Create and maintain documentation of database processes, procedures, and policies
- Identify opportunities for database improvements and provide recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of database structure, data mining techniques, SQL queries, and programming languages (e.g. Java)
- Experience with database security, backup/recovery solutions, performance tuning
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of cloud-based databases (e.g. AWS) is a plus

Salary: 1800$ per month
