Data Analytics Specialist


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data, identifying trends and patterns, and providing insights to support decision making within the organization. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze large sets of data using various tools and techniques
- Identify trends and patterns within the data
- Create visualizations and reports to present findings
- Collaborate with other teams to understand their data needs
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Continuously monitor data quality and integrity
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a data analytics role
- Proficiency in SQL and other programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience working with big data platforms such as Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive modeling
- Familiarity with statistical analysis software such as SAS or SPSS

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Izhevsk, Russia (open to all nationalities)

Employment Type: Full-time
