Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Izhevsk. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data, developing reports and dashboards, and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in data analysis tools and techniques, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, specifically open to Indian nationals with fluency in English. Visa sponsorship can be provided for the right candidate. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of data from various sources
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs
- Identify trends and patterns in the data to provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations or written reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in data analysis or related role
- Proficient in SQL and other programming languages such as Python or R
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
