IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining systems and software, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to employees.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure data security by implementing appropriate measures such as firewalls and data encryption
- Provide technical support to employees on hardware, software, and network issues
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions to improve efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for upgrades or improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, databases, and security systems
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ashdod (open to candidates from any nationality)
