Our growing construction company in Kaunas is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist with construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to project specifications and safety standards
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient project completion
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
- Keep accurate records of daily activities, including fuel usage and maintenance logs

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment is preferred but not required
- Must have a valid biometric passport and be legally able to work in Kaunas
- Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication skills in English
