We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers. Your role will also include maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café, taking orders, handling transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, smoothies, and juices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café at all times
- Greet customers, take orders, and handle transactions with accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and standards for beverage preparation
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of different brewing methods for coffee is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly demeanor with a positive attitude towards teamwork
