Junior Architectural Technologist


We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Akron, Egypt. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in the field of architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in preparing and developing architectural designs and plans
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for projects
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and accuracy
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to superiors
- Participate in client meetings and present design proposals
- Continuously develop knowledge of new trends, techniques, and materials in the field of architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Akron, Egypt
