Junior Architectural Technologist


We are a rapidly growing architectural firm based in Akron, seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for supporting the design and construction process by producing detailed drawings and technical specifications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about architecture and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation of drawings, models, and specifications using AutoCAD and other design software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are accurate and feasible
- Research building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws
- Attend project meetings to provide technical support and communicate project progress
- Contribute ideas and suggestions for design improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalee or Egyptian candidates preferred)
- No prior experience required (freshers welcomed)
- Must be willing to relocate to Akron (accommodation provided)

Salary:
Starting salary of $900 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
