As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for our hotel. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Manage existing accounts and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to develop promotions, packages, and pricing strategies to attract customers
- Prepare timely reports on sales performance, market trends, and competition analysis

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Fluency in Malayalee language preferred
- Biometric passport is required
