Mason Supervisor


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee our masonry projects in Lusail, Qatar. As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of masons and ensuring that all masonry work is completed according to the highest quality standards and within the given timeframe.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently and effectively
- Read blueprints and construction plans to determine project requirements
- Ensure that all materials are available for the project and monitor inventory levels
- Train new team members on proper techniques and safety protocols
- Monitor progress of projects and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Communicate with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mason Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong understanding of masonry techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage)
- Must be physically fit as the job may involve lifting heavy materials

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Working Conditions:
This is a contract job with no accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own valid visa to work in Qatar.
