Nurse Supervisor
The Nurse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring high quality patient care in our healthcare facility in Al-Malikiyah. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as clinical expertise and knowledge of healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a women's healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of nurses, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care
- Monitor patient care activities to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans for patients
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, including mentoring and professional development opportunities
- Handle any escalated patient or staff issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of patient care activities and staff schedules
Requirements:
- Must be a licensed nurse in Al-Malikiyah or have equivalent certification recognized by the Ministry of Health
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a nurse, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Compassionate and empathetic towards patients' needs
- Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken)
Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
Location: Al-Malikiyah, Syria (preference for Syrian nationals or those with valid work permits)
