Architectural Technologist

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing architectural designs, ensuring their technical accuracy and adherence to building codes. You will work closely with architects and engineers to develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
-Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD or other software
-Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations
-Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts
-Prepare project estimates and budgets
-Research and recommend materials, products, and techniques for construction projects
-Oversee the production of construction documents
-Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and quality control
-Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
-Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
-In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
-Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software
-Excellent communication skills
-Able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1700$ per month
Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia
