Loader Operator - Eldoret, Kenya


We are in need of a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and transport materials such as dirt, rocks, sand, and gravel. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery including loaders, excavators, and bulldozers
- Load and transport materials to designated areas
- Inspect equipment before each use and report any malfunctions or damage
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure efficiency
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Eldoret, Kenya. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not already living in the area.
