Restaurant Manager for Seasonal Establishment in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait


We are searching for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our team at a seasonal establishment in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restaurant industry with proven leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations including staff management, inventory control, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train and manage a team of waitstaff, kitchen staff, and support staff
- Create weekly schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain high quality standards for food preparation and presentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the executive chef to develop new menu items or promotions

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience managing budgets and controlling costs

Salary: $1400 per month (tax-free) + performance-based bonuses.
