A leading company in Remish, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and achieving targets while managing a team of sales representatives. We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication and leadership skills, who can successfully manage and grow our sales department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and meet performance objectives
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
