Multilingual Collector in Nairobi


Our company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Multilingual Collector to join our team in Nairobi. As a Collector, you will be responsible for contacting and negotiating with debtors to collect payments on outstanding accounts. This position requires fluency in English and Malayalam, as well as experience in collections or customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Contact debtors through phone calls, emails, and letters to collect payments
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with debtors
- Maintain accurate records of all communication with debtors
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from debtors
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment discrepancies
- Keep up-to-date on collection laws and regulations
- Meet monthly targets for collections and call volumes

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Malayalam (verbal and written)
- Proven experience in collections or customer service
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Salary: 1100$ per month

Location: Nairobi, Kenya (accommodation provided)
