Construction Project Coordinator
As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Vilnius. Your main role will be to coordinate and manage the various teams involved in the project, including contractors, suppliers, and laborers. Your goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
Responsibilities:
-Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish
-Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
-Communicate with clients and stakeholders about project progress
-Review and approve project plans and designs
-Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
-Monitor project expenses and identify ways to minimize costs
-Hire and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and other workers
-Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
-Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
-Proven experience working on construction projects as a coordinator or manager
-Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
-Excellent communication and leadership skills
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities
-Familiarity with construction software (e.g. AutoCAD)
-Certifications in project management (e.g. PMP) are a plus
Salary: 1200$ per month
