Job Title: Floral Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Sheduva. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating unique and beautiful floral arrangements for various events and occasions. This includes weddings, parties, corporate events, and more.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Floral Designer
- Proficient in creating various floral arrangements such as bouquets, centerpieces, boutonnieres, etc.
- Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care instructions
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills to understand clients' needs and preferences
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Biometric passport required (for foreigners)
- Fluent English is not required but preferred

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their event needs and preferences
- Create unique floral designs that align with the clients' vision
- Source and purchase necessary flowers and materials within budget constraints
- Prepare arrangements according to proper techniques and industry standards
- Ensure timely delivery of arrangements to event venues
- Collaborate with event planners, photographers, and other vendors as needed
- Maintain inventory of supplies and keep work area clean
- Keep up-to-date with current trends in the floral industry

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
