We are in search of a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Shan, Africa. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing commercial buildings and structures that meet the functional and aesthetic needs of our clients. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and construction teams to create innovative designs that are both practical and visually appealing. You must have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Create detailed design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers to incorporate structural requirements into the design
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure that designs can be implemented efficiently
- Prepare project proposals, budgets, and timelines for clients
- Conduct site visits during construction to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Creativity and innovation
- Willingness to work on-site during construction

Salary: $1700 per month
