Senior Architect - Design and Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect for our design and construction firm located in Shan, China. As the Design and Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project design and construction, from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to budget constraints
- Develop project design concepts and oversee the creation of detailed construction documents
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure that design plans meet their expectations
- Oversee the bidding process for subcontractors and review bids for cost effectiveness
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure quality control
- Collaborate with city officials to obtain necessary permits and approvals
- Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 7 years experience in architectural design and construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction techniques, materials, and best practices
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, contractors, and city officials

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1200$ per month. Salary is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

City:
This position is located in Shan City in China. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who are interested in working in China.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time job position with standard working hours from Monday to Friday. Some evening or weekend work may be required depending on project deadlines.
