Senior Architect - Contract Position


We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team on a contract basis. This position is open to candidates from Canada, Nepal, and any other nationality with a valid visa. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of various architectural projects ranging from residential to commercial buildings. Your main duties will include creating detailed blueprints, overseeing construction progress, and ensuring projects meet all necessary building codes and regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have extensive experience in architectural design, construction management, and possess strong leadership skills. A keen eye for detail and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members is also essential.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various architectural projects
- Create detailed blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Oversee construction progress to ensure it aligns with the design plans
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations
- Manage budgets and project timelines
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other relevant regulations
- Ability to manage budgets and project timelines
- Leadership skills

This is a contract position with a salary of $1000 per month. The location for this position is Shan City.
