Commercial Architect


As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to create functional and visually appealing spaces that meet their specific needs. You will also be expected to manage budgets, timelines, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and adherence to building codes
- Review and approve material selections, bids, and contracts
- Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines to ensure successful completion within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and provide guidance as needed
- Respond to any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of project details including changes, delays, and approvals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture projects
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Balzers is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Balzers but may require occasional travel within the country.
