Concierge Assistant in Multan



We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Multan. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and activities
- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests when needed

Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass education required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required
- Must be willing to work on contract basis without accommodation provided
- Visa sponsorship available for international applicants
