We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Lahore. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems that can be solved using machine learning.
- Collect, clean, and preprocess data for use in training and testing of models.
- Build scalable, efficient, and automated machine learning pipelines.
- Analyze model performance and make necessary improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning techniques and frameworks.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Machine Learning Engineer.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R or Java.
- Experience with data mining, data preprocessing, feature engineering, and building predictive models.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision (CV).
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
- Familiarity with Big Data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
