Team Lead


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Odense. As Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of employees to achieve company goals and objectives. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members
- Monitor and track team performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address concerns, and promote teamwork
- Develop strategies for increasing productivity and efficiency within the team
- Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and within designated timelines
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts within the team
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with team members at all levels
