Team Lead - Odense, Denmark


As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. You will provide guidance and support to team members, as well as oversee their performance and development. This is a contract position in Odense, Denmark with a salary of 1400$.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of professionals and ensure the timely completion of projects
- Provide direction, support, and mentorship to team members
- Monitor team members' performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure project success
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss progress, challenges, and goals
- Identify training needs for team members and coordinate relevant training sessions
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership or management role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Trello
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
